DESCRIPTION:North Port Area Chamber of Commerce Annual "Scramblin' on the Green" Golf Tournament at Heron Creek Golf Club\, Saturday\, November 3\, 2018. This is a 4-person Scramble with an entry fee of $85.00 per person. This includes greens fee\, cart\, continental breakfast\, lunch buffet\, range balls\, carts\, raffle prizes and goodie bags.  Check-in begins at 7:00 am. Shotgun start at 8:00 am. Lunch & Post-Tourney Celebration\, including raffle prizes\, contest prizes\, tournament prizes\, silent auction and much more. \n\n\n\nRegistration opens on August 1.\n\nTeams that sign up by August 31\, 2018 can receive a $40.00 discount per team and pay only $300.00 or sign up by September 30\, 2018 and receive a $20.00 discount per team and pay only $320.00.\n\n\n\nIndividuals that sign up by August 31\, 2018  will receive a $10.00 discount per player and pay only $75.00 or sign up by September 30\, 2018 and receive a $5.00 discount per player and pay only $80.00.\n\n\n\nDownload Flyer Here
