We are a fast-growing full-service HVAC company in Southwest Florida looking for talented individuals to join our team!

Job Description:

• Increase maintenance agreements based on existing and prospective customers to meet HVAC needs
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Prospect new opportunities and accounts
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
• Participate in community activities and organizations
• Conduct assessments of current HVAC equipment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of outside sales experience; HVAC industry experience is a plus
• Minimum two years in-home or business-to-business sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
