The 2020 North Port Small Business Lunch and Learn program is a series of monthly workshops to assist business owners with improving their business and staying competitive. The lunches and workshops are offered at no cost thanks to the generosity of our workshop sponsors. Workshops begin at 11:30 AM and conclude by 1:00 PM.
Technology for Small Businesses The North Port Area Chamber of Commerce Lunch and Learn is returning to live, face to face workshops. Because of the CDC recommendations for “social distancing”, we can only allow 40 folks to attend. Please register early.
Running a successful small business comes down to how you use your resources. Technology allows small business owners to use limited resources in smarter, more efficient ways. Scott Heinis from Bytestorm LLC and Cowork HIVE will demonstrate some of the communication technology that has become popular during the current business crisis. Learn how to use this technology to promote your business, connect with customers and potential customers and create an authority footprint in your industry. Create live examples during the workshop.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, September 10th from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Olde World Restaurant, 14415 Tamiami Trail, North Port, 34287.
North Port Small Business Lunch and Learn workshops are presented by the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of North Port and Toastmasters International of North Port.
Lunch will be provided at no charge thanks to our workshop sponsor DK Consultants of Florida.
The next workshop, “Building Good Communication Skills” will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 1st.
