Chamber to Collect Back to School Supplies As students and families prepare to send their children back to school, the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Clara’s Clubhouse, will be a collection site for school supplies and mask donations to provide assistance to families affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. County to Seek Input from Businesses for CARES Act Funding The Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County and Sarasota County Government are seeking input from businesses on how to use funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”).
