Lead Accountant & Business Analyst

TitanZ is hiring a Lead Accountant & Business Analyst to oversee daily accounting functions and provide financial insights that drive company performance. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and strategic—someone who can manage the books, improve processes, and help guide the business financially. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, deposits, petty cash & credit card management   

• Maintain accurate financial records and job costing   

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)   

• Manage payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll service   

• Prepare books for CPA; handle sales tax filings, 1099s, and contractor paperwork   

• Track vendor accounts and ensure accurate customer invoicing   

• Analyze gross revenue, gross margin, labor productivity & job profitability   

• Assist owners with quarterly/annual revenue targets and forecasting   

• Prepare annual budgets and monthly budget vs. actual reporting   

• Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements   

• Develop SOPs, checklists, and accounting workflows   

• Work with managers on tech efficiency, job costing, and profitability   

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred   

• 3–5+ years accounting experience   

• Strong GAAP knowledge   

• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel & financial reporting   

• Experience with job costing or project-based accounting preferred   

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
