    City of North Port Business Tax Receipt (if located within North Port)

    County Business Tax Receipt (where applicable)

    State of Florida Sunbiz Registration

    Nonprofit organizations must provide:

    EIN Number

    IRS Determination Letter

    About Us

    We opened our branch in 2017 as Charlotte State Bank & Trust’s first branch office in North Port. The full-service office is located at 4300 Aidan Lane along Tamiami Trail, just south of Home Depot and across from the Cocoplum Village Shops, a major destination for residents and visitors.
    Our many North Port customers previously banked at our Murdock or Peachland office. Our branch gave them a place to bank closer to home, while offering our products and services to many more area residents and businesses. All them receive the personal touch people have come to rely on from the “Hometown Bank.”
    We serve North Port, Warm Mineral Springs, Heron Creek, La Casa, Village at Riverwalk, Holiday Park, Vizcaya Lakes and surrounding areas.

    Membership dues and applicable fees must accompany your application.

    Applications may be delayed pending verification or review.

    Certain information submitted will be published in the Chamber's online directory and used for Chamber communications.

    Acceptance into membership carries an obligation to maintain the professional standards and integrity represented by the Chamber.

    By submitting an application, you agree to the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce's policies and Code of Ethics.
