General Manager HVAC/R-Bonita Springs

Grande Aire Service is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee a $13M HVAC operation in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role is responsible for the full profit and loss (P&L) management of the business and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in HVAC leadership, with a proven ability to drive both operational and sales performance.




Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

· Manage contracts, schedules, and project completions to ensure timely and efficient service.

· Meet monthly revenue targets and implement strategies to improve performance and expand market share.

· Control labor and operational costs, staying within budget while maximizing profitability.

· Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales and operational performance, reporting trends and insights to senior leadership.




Customer Experience:

· Committed to fostering a customer-first culture, grounded in integrity and a commitment to doing what is right.

· Prioritize the customer experience in all decisions and actions.

· Cultivate meaningful and authentic relationships within the Bonita Springs community and surrounding areas.

· Use data from Service Titan to identify performance trends, improve processes, and maximize revenue.

· Analyze market competition and trends to uncover new growth opportunities.




Key Qualifications:

· 5+ years of HVAC leadership experience with a strong understanding of both the technical and sales aspects of the industry.

· Skilled in building long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and customer retention.

· Proven success in managing P&L responsibilities and achieving financial targets.

· Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

· Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies based on market trends and financial performance.

· High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience navigating business challenges and driving results during downturns.
