Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and security.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Assist with onboarding and IT setup for new employees.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
