Ideal candidates may assist with:

• Overflow notarization assignments
• Hospital and nursing facility signings
• Witness services for estate planning documents
• Evening and weekend appointments
• Coverage when scheduling conflicts arise

Retired professionals, former legal assistants, paralegals, healthcare workers, and experienced notaries are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be professional, reliable, punctual, customer-focused, and willing to provide exceptional service to clients during important life events.

The existing Florida Notary Commission is required for notary services. Witnesses do not need to be notary certified.
