I’m Carol Lacerda, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT) based in North Port, Florida. My work focuses on pain relief, muscle tension reduction, improved mobility, and stress regulation through personalised, results-driven bodywork on land and in water. I specialise in therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, and Watsu-inspired aquatic bodywork, supporting clients with chronic pain, neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, postural imbalances, limited mobility, and nervous system overload. I am the founder of Onda – Land & Water Therapy, where each session is customised to the individual, combining clinical techniques with a calm, private studio setting to support lasting change.
